Employee Event Planner July 2016 to Present

  • Responsible for the launch, promotion and overall management of all companywide events
  • Actively plans and executes 2 large all employee meetings with 800 + attendees, an annual Christmas party with 400 + attendees, and a week-long employee appreciation celebration with at least 2 family days with 1700 + attendees along with many smaller events

Event Management Experience

Best Choice Breast Cancer Benefit Dinner

Chose the Community Medical Clinic of Kershaw County, planned and coordinated entire event. Met with restaurant owner to decide on layout, cost, and capacity of event. Designed event flyers and tickets. Met with local business owners for donations. After the successful event, presented the clinic with a $2500 check and was featured in their Fall 2008 Newsletter.
